Synorepair
In partnership with Synology GmbH, S+O AG offers out-of-warranty repairs for Synology systems. This service is available to both private and business customers and is available in the DACH region. Synology systems are often operated by customers well beyond the warranty period, and the primary option of purchasing a new system is also the option of repairing the old system. This service is intended to provide another service for Synology customers.

We take over the repair/warranty handling for various manufacturers and distributors.
We are happy to provide this service for you as well.
Hardware brokerage
The reasons for selling hardware can be manifold: The hardware is outdated and no longer meets the company's requirements, new developments require a technical change or the hardware is simply no longer needed and takes up valuable space in the data centre.
With our brokerage service, you have the opportunity to resell or recycle this hardware in a safe, environmentally friendly and uncomplicated way.
This way, you get paid the remaining value of the hardware, but don't have to take care of the process yourself.
Data protection is our top priority, so you can be sure that your data will be irrevocably and securely deleted from your hardware.
